Certification of Driver's License

Requirements:

1. Photocopy of both sides of ID Card (Residency Card) or Passport.
2. $60 Processing fee is paid by Money order in the name of "Uganda High Commission - Ottawa".
3. Original Ugandan Driving permit.
4. Letter providing background information of applicant.
5. Self addressed XpressPost envelope or Courier envelope. i.e. Fedex, Purolator, DHL, etc. (for the return of documents.)
