Department of Immigration

The Immigration Department is a department within the Ministry of Internal Affairs whose mandate is to facilitate, monitor and control the movement of persons (both citizens and non-citizens) in and out of Uganda.

The services offered by the Immigration department include the following:

• Special Passes
• Entry Permits (Work Permits)
• Dependants Passes
• Pupils Passes
• Certificates of Residence
• Citizenship
